Peikko is responible for the foundation design with the structural calculations, and deliveries all of the steel components to 23 wind turbine foundations. The deliveries includes FATBAR® rock anchors, tower adapter plates with tower flange connection bolts, drilling templates- and assembling system, special reinforcement steel technology. Deliveries scheduled to take place between July and October 2018.
Sørfjord wind park is fully owned by Fortum, a leading clean energy company developing and offering solutions for its customers in electricity, heating, and cooling, as well as solutions to improve resource efficiency.
Civil earthworks and infrastructure done by the heavy machinery contractor Målselv Maskin & Transport AS. The construction company VISINOR AS, will carry out the technical assembly of steel components and casting works of Peikko Rock Anchored Foundations. Siemens shall deliver 23 of their SWT130-4.2 MW turbines with a hub height of 80 meters. The wind park scheduled to be operational within the end of 2019
